The Bonarda Vivace "Vaiolet" is a quality red wine originating from the Oltrepò Pavese area, a wine-growing region home to the Monsupello winery, a historic producer since 1893. This label offers a highly drinkable profile, with a slight residual sugar that caresses the palate with an enticing flavor.

The Bonarda Vivace "Vaiolet" is made exclusively from Croatina grapes, cultivated in the vineyards of Torricella Verzate, Redavalle, and Pietra de' Giorgi, facing southwest. After a cold pre-maceration, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation. This is followed by a refermentation in an autoclave, after the addition of sweet must, and the Bonarda is then microfiltered and bottled.

This "Vaiolet" is a Bonarda Vivace that presents itself with a concentrated red color, enriched by some more purplish reflections at the rim. The olfactory spectrum is orchestrated around typically floral notes, from which slight hints of small red fruits also emerge. On the palate, it is young and vinous, with a full sip that moves on a fresh, flavorful texture, encouraging repeated sips; a slight, very pleasant, residual sugar is also perceptible. This label from the Monsupello winery offers a significant resource at the table, capable of pairing with a multitude of ingredients and preparations: try it with pizza, you won't be disappointed!
