The Location
The Canonica di Bernate Ticino is a place that holds over eight hundred years of history. Founded in 1186 by Pope Urban III, it was for centuries an important religious and cultural center of the region. The cloister that today hosts our event still represents a space of great charm and serenity.

UNDER THE PATRONAGE OF
Terremare Wine Fest is a food and wine tasting event that we organize every year in different municipalities across Italy.
It was created with the idea of providing a wonderful opportunity to discover and taste a selection of Italian wines and sparkling wines, as well as cross-border delicacies, sharing flavours and traditions.
It returns for its third event of the year, for three days in Bernate Ticino (MI).
How to get there

Is admission free?
Yes, admission is free. Tastings are paid for by purchasing dedicated kits.
How do the tastings work?
To taste, you need to purchase one of the available kits, which include a certain number of tastings, a glass, and a complimentary glass holder
What tasting kits are available?
Three kits are available:
- Earth Kit: 3 tastings
- Sea Kit: 4 tastings
- Wine Fest Kit: 5 tastings + 1 bottle of wine
All kits include a glass and glass holder.
How many wines can be tasted?
The event offers a selection of about 70 labels of wines and sparkling wines from all Italian regions.
Can I freely choose the wines to taste?
Yes, you can freely choose tastings from the labels available at the stands.
Each token entitles you to one tasting, except for some "selected" products identified with 2 tokens and highlighted at each station.
Will there also be food options?
Yes, there will be food proposals to accompany the tastings and make the experience complete.
Who is organizing the event?
The event is organized by Terremare Wine Fest and sponsored by the Municipality of Bernate Ticino.
Is it possible to participate without purchasing a kit?
Yes, you can enter the event freely, but to taste the wines you need to purchase a kit.
Is the kit personal?
Yes, the kit is personal and designed for individual use during the event.
Is the goblet included in the kit?
Yes, each kit includes a complimentary chalice and chalice holder to facilitate your tasting journey.
Is the event also suitable for those who are not wine experts?
Yes, you can freely choose tastings from the labels available at the stands.
Each token entitles you to one tasting, except for some "selected" products identified with 2 tokens and highlighted at each station.
Can we buy wines during the event?
Yes, there is the possibility to purchase on-site and have them shipped free of charge (only for cases of 6 bottles, even mixed) to your home address.
