It was 1981 when Daniele Zamuner began cultivating a plot of land of about 7 hectares, in the heart of the enchanting amphitheater of the morainic hills of Lake Garda. Passion and tenacity helped him realize the ambitious project of vinifying with vine varieties different from those traditionally cultivated in the Veneto region, bringing precious souvenirs from his travels to France: Pinot and Chardonnay. For forty years, his winery has been producing "the most French of Italian sparkling wines," utilizing the renowned Classic Method learned from his cross-Alpine colleagues.

It is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes owned by the company, cultivated on morainic hill soils formed during the Würm glaciation. In this environment, the vines – thanks to their high fixed acidity – impart great longevity to the wine, allowing for a slow and optimal evolution. This is an essential prerequisite for achieving a balanced structure, typical and enveloping aromas, and a very fine perlage.

Tasting Notes: straw yellow color tending towards golden, brilliant and luminous with a creamy and persistent foam. Immediately upon pouring, incisive aromas of humus give way to the classic bread crust. Elegant, with hints of bitter almonds and great minerality.

Pairings: Perfect sparkling wine for the entire meal
