Willm's Crémant d'Alsace Brut originates in France, specifically in Alsace, located in the north-east of the country. It is composed of two grape varieties, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois. They come from vineyards within a pedoclimatic context of great variety. The harvest time is chosen with extreme care and is slightly anticipated compared to that of other varieties. Following the vinification of the base, according to the traditional method used to produce Crémant d'Alsace, a second fermentation in the bottle takes place, which concludes with an ageing on the lees for at least 12 months.

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow in colour, it presents a layered bouquet with fruity notes reminiscent of apple, yellow peach, apricot, ripe exotic fruit and a mineral trail. In the mouth, it confirms the ripeness of the fruit, expressed in a substantial and full-bodied aromatic intensity, played out in a fine balance.
