Ruby red with slight garnet reflections, the nose expresses not only fruity aromas of blackberries and wild berries but also a delicate scent of tobacco and flint, accompanied by hints of white meadow mushrooms. On the palate, it is pleasantly balanced with a distinct mineral elegance, characteristics that define its profile up to a finish of impeccable persistence.

A versatile wine, it pairs very well with baked venison with apple puree and red wine, beef loin en papillote with herbs, and veal liver with butter and thyme.
