The flagship of the Terlano winery, this wine is part of the Rarità range, bottles of aged white wines that mature for at least 10 months on fine lees in pressurized stainless steel tanks. What is surprising is the wine's freshness and youthfulness which, despite the ageing, gives it a very particular character.
The grapes undergo light pressing according to a gentle 30-minute pressing program and, after fermentation, the wine is left to mature for another 24 months in stainless steel containers, but only on fine lees.
A very precious blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, its first vintage dates back to 1979.
With a bright straw yellow color, the nose is surprised by a captivating aroma due to its complexity and exuberance: dried meadow flowers, almond scents, and pleasant mineral and spicy notes envelop the nose, while the palate already anticipates a juicy, mineral, and persistent sip.
It is the ideal wine to forget in the cellar for a while, to enjoy all its charm years later. Its remarkable organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to accompany asparagus-based dishes, pasta with tomato sauce, or to offer as an aperitif.
