A versatile bottle, ready to be tasted now, which, thanks to a linear and coherent structure, is an excellent companion to any meal, always proving to be a winning choice.
This Pinot Blanc is made from the eponymous grapes, grown by the Terlano winery team in various vineyards, ranging from 200 to 900 meters above sea level. The exposure is south and southwest, and the climate favors temperature fluctuations between day and night, facilitating optimal ripening of each individual cluster. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Maturation also occurs in steel containers, where the wine rests on its lees for a variable period, between 5 and 7 months, after which it is ready for bottling.
The Terlano Pinot Blanc appears straw yellow to the eye, characterized by slight greenish streaks, particularly evident especially at the rim. The aromas that envelop the nose reveal mainly fruity and citrus notes, from which slight floral sensations and mineral touches emerge. On the palate, it is slender, agile, and lean, with a sip endowed with a pleasant freshness, decidedly smooth in the mouth.
An Alto Adige white that is always a safe bet, from aperitifs to fish and seafood dinners.
