Gewürztraminer is a true cornerstone of the white wine assortment produced in Alto Adige. The Alto Adige Gewürztraminer DOC 2014 by Terlan is vinified in purity and solely in stainless steel tanks. It expresses itself in the glass with its typical floral and fruity components, and especially with its intense aromas, characteristics that make it particularly suitable for the most varied gastronomic pairings.

Intense straw yellow, the nose expresses hints of lychee and mango, but also honeysuckle and cloves. The bouquet is completed by typical notes of rose petals. On the palate it is fresh and complex, soft and long, with great character. It finishes with an excellent persistent fruity finish.

A versatile wine, it pairs well with spicy dishes or sweet and sour Asian-inspired creations, gnocchi or pumpkin cream, cooked ham with horseradish, stir-fried vegetables with chicken breast or shrimp.
