"Albarara" is a dry white wine made from Albana di Romagna, a native grape variety of the area, produced by the Tenuta Santa Lucia winery. The Albana is vinified in stainless steel on its lees for about 12 months and then another 6 months in the bottle. It is a pleasant and fresh dry wine, a sincere expression of Romagna.

Tasting notes: 

Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, the nose is fine and intense, with notes of yellow flowers, broom, chamomile, and ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, round, with a savory and fresh finish.

Pairings:  

It pairs well with seafood salads, seafood risotto, and white meat main courses.
