The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero "Ammonites" DOCG by Stefano Camilucci originates from a refined selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir grapes, vinified separately and then harmoniously blended; the subsequent resting period in the silent cellars, protected from light and at constant temperature and humidity, results in a product rich in flavors, with incomparable aromas, suitable for any occasion.

Tasting notes: 

Golden; fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses elegant and harmonious hints; floral and fruity notes dominate. On the palate, it has good character, fresh and balanced.

Pairings: 

Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs well with an entire meal.
