The Alto Adige Sauvignon Fallwind is produced in vineyards located in the Schulthaus area of Trentino Alto Adige.

It is made entirely from Sauvignon grapes harvested manually between late September and early October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Sauvignon Fallwind is characterized by a bright, light yellow color with slight green reflections. The nose opens with an elegant fruity bouquet, offering elegant and precious fruity notes of pineapple, elderflower, gooseberry, and honey. On the palate, it is balanced, mineral, and refreshing.

Perfect to pair during summer aperitifs, it is ideal with sushi, raw fish, and Asian cuisine.
