It is produced exclusively from Riesling grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Following the harvest, the must is left to ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for about 5 months on its fine lees.

The Riesling Fallwind is characterized by a greenish-yellow color. The wine has a fruity bouquet, with aromas of peach and apricot. On the palate, it is mineral, fresh, and balanced.

Perfect for accompanying vegetable recipes, fresh salads, and light fish dishes, it is ideal with Asian fish recipes.
