The Revì Trentodoc Dosaggio Zero represents the ultimate expression of the Trentino region and is the desired result of a challenge to create a unique and evocative sparkling wine. The finesse of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir are the components of this cuvée, designed to balance the right acidity and give body to a sparkling wine of great character without the addition of any additional sugar and wine blend.

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow in colour, it has a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, scents of white flowers and notes of white-fleshed fruit are recognisable, with evident notes of toasted bread and pastry. Intense on the palate, with pleasant softness and great harmony.

Pairings:

Perfect for appetizers, it also pairs very well with fresh cheeses and vegetables.
