The Revì Trentodoc Rosé Millesimato is the synthesis of the grit and refinement that the Trentino region can condense into an excellent wine.

The surprising power of Pinot Noir is used here to give body and aromatic softness with a permanence on the lees of at least 30 months. The freshness of Chardonnay does the rest, helping to refine the wine and ensure longevity and rigor.

Tasting notes:

It presents a bright antique color with a fine and elegant perlage. Red fruits, lychee, and wild strawberries dominate the nose, while more nuanced notes of bread crust and cinnamon appear in the background. In the mouth, it is enveloping and refined, with a clean and balanced finish.

Pairings:

It can enhance fish-based first courses but is also pleasantly drinkable with semi-aged cheeses and stuffed pizza.
