The Revì Trentodoc Dosaggio Zero represents the highest expression of the Trentino territory and is the desired result of a challenge to create a unique and evocative sparkling wine.

The finesse of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir are the components of this cuvée, designed to balance the right acidity and give body to a sparkling wine of great character without the addition of any additional blend of sugars and wine.

Tasting notes:

Pale straw yellow in color, it presents a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals hints of white flowers and notes of white-fleshed fruit, with clear notes of toasted bread and pastry. Intense on the palate, with pleasant softness and great harmony.

Perfect for appetizers, it also pairs very well with fresh cheeses and vegetables.
