Visually, it presents a straw-yellow color tending towards golden with significant chromatic highlights. The liquid moves almost entirely uniformly with sustained legs.
The aroma is pleasant, reminiscent of wet hay mixed with citrus, notes of tamarind mitigated by white pepper and brined olives, finishing with a hint of vegetable.

The sip is exotic and pleasant, recalling dehydrated mango and notes of African white tea. Slightly acidic with hints of delicate and pleasant exotic fruit.

Pair with tagliatelle al ragù, first courses in general; turbot cooked two ways with purple potatoes.
