Dark and dense color, intense ruby with an eggplant-skin streak. Integrated and consistent resistance with full, dense, decisive, precise arches. Tertiary aromas appear on the nose between ash and cinnamon, chestnut honey, between bitter and sweet, carrying hints of wood, like toasted black fruits, including cassis, blueberries, currants, plum, dates, and tomato leaf.
It reveals itself as enjoyable with progressive evolutions from balsamic notes of caramelized onion to salted caramel. The sip is direct and dry, pleasant but not astringent, well-integrated and not concentrated. A perfect suit for this tannin, for a dynamic and fruity, spicy and well-balanced sip.
Recommended in combination with fine meats such as chateaubriand, fillet with three peppers, goulash.
