Prunotto has always offered, alongside an important line dedicated to the great classics of the Langhe and Monferrato, a very significant selection produced from some of the most representative crus of the area. Bric Turot comes from the grapes of the homonymous vineyard in the municipality of Barbaresco, an elegant red of great finesse. Vinified in steel, it is a wine whose maturation continues in oak barrels of different sizes for 12 months, a period followed by a further year of bottle aging. A great Barbaresco, which embodies some of the best characteristics of the denomination and will impress with its longevity.

Tasting notes:

Intense garnet red with dark ruby reflections. The nose expresses a complex aroma with hints of licorice, small wild berries, cinnamon, cloves, and violet. On the palate, it is fine, with full and enveloping tannins, and a long aftertaste of ripe fruit.

Pairings:

Throughout the meal, due to its structure and body, it pairs well with meat dishes and aged cheeses.
