The company uses a minimum of 20% reserve wines for all cuvées produced, some of which are aged entirely in barriques.
Orior Brut is the symbol of the blend. On the nose, a true aromatic mosaic that allies the terroirs of Chouilly, Epernay, and Moussy. On the palate, it is long and deep, the original signature of the Maison, with a frank, rich, and complex character.
Tasting notes: It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and creamy perlage. The nose opens with aromas of citrus and peach. On the palate, it is long and deep.
Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and with a full meal.
