Perrier-Jouët's Grand Brut is produced in the French vineyards of the famous Champagne region. It is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected manually. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a long ageing period on the lees.

Perrier Jouet's Grand Brut is characterized by a brilliant light yellow colour, with a fine and elegant perlage. The nose is extremely complex, with aromas of yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, lemon, and bergamot) blending with floral notes (linden, honeysuckle) and hints of butter and vanilla sugar. On the palate, it is perfectly balanced, with an elegant, rounded expression followed by excellent persistence on the finish.

Pairings:

It pairs excellently with fish and shellfish dishes, ideal as an aperitif.
