The winery is located in the southern slopes of Epernay and is managed by the Lejeune family: Pascal, his wife Sandrine, and their son Thibaut. After supplying a cooperative for over 40 years, in 2018 they decided to produce their own champagne, thus becoming Récoltant-Manipulant. The company owns 4.4 hectares of vineyards, producing a total of 15,000 bottles annually.

Tasting notes: Complex and deep, with hints of brioche, ripe fruit, and toast. The delicate floral aroma balances all the characteristics of this champagne. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with salads, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
