The Monsupello winery practices balanced viticulture that respects the environment and ecosystem, aimed at obtaining high-quality and genuine grapes, and therefore excellent wines. And the target has been fully met, as demonstrated by Monsupello's Spumante Brut Metodo Classico. It is made from a cuvée in which Pinot Noir predominates, while Chardonnay is added, partly aged in steel and partly aged in wood. It rests on its lees for at least thirty months before disgorgement. It is the quintessential sparkling wine par excellence: excellent as an aperitif but also fabulous throughout the meal.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. Elegant and pleasant on the nose, characterized by the typical scent of bread crust, which harmonizes with fruity and floral notes. On the palate, it is soft and aromatic, distinguished by excellent length.
Ideal as an aperitif, it can accompany entire menus based on fish or shellfish. Perfect with seafood risotto.
