Marchesi Antinori's Grappa di Tignanello is obtained from the pomace of Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes, harvested on the Tignanello estate, in the heart of Chianti Classico. After fermentation and subsequent pressing, only the pomace richest in alcohol and aromatic substances is selected and steam-distilled according to an ancient process.

Tasting notes:

It presents a brilliant white color. The nose opens with floral aromas of lily of the valley, white flowers, and rose. On the palate, it is dry and decisive, pleasantly full and velvety.

Ideal to serve at the end of a meal, this grappa is perfect as a meditation distillate or to enjoy in coffee.
