This Trento Brut Rosé DOC Talento Metodo Classico from the Letrari winery, made from Pinot Noir grapes vinified as a rosé and Chardonnay, ages on its lees for approximately two years. It is delicate and pleasant, aromatically intense, and wonderfully persistent.

Tasting notes: 

It has a beautiful bright antique pink color, with an elegant and fine perlage. The aromas on the nose recall small red fruits, such as currants, wild strawberries, and raspberries. On the palate, it is delicate and clean, with notes of sweet almond and musk. The persistence is remarkable, recalling tangerine, pomegranate, and cherry.

Pairings: 

It is excellent to accompany classic Italian appetizers; it is a must-try with mushroom and vegetable soup.
