Letrari's Trento Dosaggio Zero is a Talento Metodo Classico that aims to authentically represent the extraordinary terroir of Vallagarina and the high Dolomite hills. Obtained from a cuvée born from the conscious union of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, it is the result of at least 24 months of aging on lees without any added dosage syrup.

Tasting notes: 

It has a bright straw yellow color and an abundant, soft foam. The fine and persistent perlage anticipates the elegance of its notes of white-fleshed fruit and bread crust. Dry and decisive on the palate, it evokes hints of pear, embraced by a pleasant acidic vein.

Pairings:

Excellent with shoulder ham and parmesan cheese, it excels with fish appetizers, shellfish, and sushi.
