Lanson's Le Black Création 257 is a Brut Champagne that reflects the maison's style. The blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier offers a fresh and precise profile. Its fine bubbles provide a balanced structure and a clean drinkability, suitable for those seeking a defined and versatile taste. The grapes come from numerous selected crus in Champagne. The continental climate and chalk-rich soils favor complete maturation while maintaining freshness and acidity.  Fermentation occurs without malolactic conversion, as indicated on the label. The blend includes reserve wines from 10 different vintages. The wine ages for at least 3 years on its lees.

Tasting notes: Visually, it displays a straw yellow color with slight amber reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and delicate mineral traces emerge. The palate is dry and harmonious, with vibrant acidity and hints of green apple and melon. The finish is long, clean, and mineral.

Pairings: It pairs easily with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent as an aperitif with finger food.
