A golden white wine, velvety and intense, yet extreme in character, with aromas of yellow peach and aromatic herbs. Citrusy on the palate with light notes of vanilla.

Vinification: short maceration of the grapes, soft pressing of the
pomace, cold static decantation, white wine vinification with
controlled temperature fermentation.
Aged in small oak barrels for 6-8 months and an additional 6
months in the bottle.

elegantly pairs with elaborate fish dishes, white meats,
aged cheeses, and excels with truffles.
