Arneis grapes make up the entirety of this wine's blend. After a few hours of cold maceration, the grapes are crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by 4-5 months of ageing in the same material.

On the nose, it recalls exuberant exotic fruitiness, as well as ripe pear and the sweetness of acacia honey. On the palate, it is soft and inviting, with well-managed acidity and, above all, a pleasant savouriness.

Excellent with roast rabbit.
