Ferghettina's Franciacorta Rosé Brut sparkling wine is produced in vineyards located in the splendid setting of the Adro hills, in Franciacorta.

It is made from pure Pinot Noir grapes, meticulously hand-harvested around mid-August. After pressing, only the free-run must is placed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 - 18°C for alcoholic fermentation, separately for each vineyard. The wine thus obtained is then blended into a cuvée the following spring and bottled for the secondary fermentation. Aging on the lees lasts 36 months.

This Franciacorta Rosé Brut has an elegant onion skin color and a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is refined and elegant, with pleasant notes of red fruits, particularly blackberry aromas and delicate hints of raspberry. In the mouth, it is excellently structured, with a long and pleasant persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal paired with appetizers and first courses based on shellfish and fish.
