The Terre Siciliane Syrah IGT "Autentici" from Duca di Salaparuta is made from 100% Syrah grapes harvested by hand in the second half of September. This wine, with its fruity and spicy aromas, is expansive on the palate and proves that Syrah has found fertile ground in Sicily.

Tasting Notes:

Intense ruby red color. On the nose, fruity notes give way to spicy notes and black pepper. On the palate, it is expansive, with evident but balanced tannins that accompany the sip.

Pairings:

Very versatile at the table, this red is ideal with pasta dishes with meat sauces, but it also pairs well with flavorful fish appetizers.
