Duca di Salaparuta's "Autentici" Sicilia Grillo DOC is made from Grillo grapes harvested in the second half of September. After vinification, it undergoes a period of aging in steel. A full-bodied and lively wine, this white stands out for its eclectic and modern structure, suitable for those who love fresh and novel tastes.

Tasting notes:

Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense, with complex fruity notes, including exotic ones, which blend with floral aromas and saline hints. On the palate, it is fresh and has good persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is excellent with seafood, fish dishes, and sushi.
