Ceretto's Asti Spumante is produced from grapes grown in vineyards located in the municipalities of Santo Stefano Belbo and Calosso. Made entirely from Moscato Bianco grapes, it is vinified in steel autoclaves, where the secondary fermentation (prise de mousse) subsequently takes place.

Tasting notes: 

Ceretto's Asti Spumante is characterized by a vibrant straw-yellow color with golden hues. The nose offers floral notes, linden, and white peach.

Pairings: 

It pairs very well with fruit desserts. A must-try with hazelnut cake.
