Ceretto Barolo is made from grapes grown in suitable vineyards in the municipalities of La Morra, Barolo, and Serralunga, in the province of Cuneo.

It is made entirely from Nebbiolo grapes fermented at controlled temperatures in steel tanks for 14-15 days with maceration in contact with the skins. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in oak tonneaux and then for another 12 months in barrels before being bottled.

Ceretto Barolo has a brilliant red color with garnet reflections. The nose opens with hints of rose petals, spices, and sour cherries in spirit. The taste offers an intense, balanced, and rounded touch.

Perfectly paired with structured dishes such as a rack of lamb with roasted potatoes.
