Casale del Giglio's Shiraz is the Lazio expression of an international grape variety that has "traveled the world". From the Rhone Valley to South Africa, this variety finds different expressions depending on the land in which it is grown. In the La Ferriera locality, in the province of Latina, this structured and complex version is vinified.

It is made from 100% Syrah grapes. The maceration, alcoholic fermentation, and malolactic fermentation processes take place in steel tanks. It ages for 8-12 months in barriques and for 6 months in the bottle.

It presents itself in the glass with a ruby color. The nose opens with notes of redcurrant, blueberries, sour cherry, and a spice of cardamom and cinnamon. The body is well-structured and smoothed by an elegant tannic texture. Softness characterizes the enveloping sip, counterbalanced by a good acidic vein.

Perfect for accompanying grilled beef fillet.
