Satrico is a white grape blend produced by the Casale del Giglio winery, from vineyards located in the village of Le Ferriere, in the province of Latina. This wine takes its name from the ancient city of Satricum, which stood near the Astura river.

It is composed of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, and 20% Trebbiano Giallo. The grapes are harvested in the early stages of ripening to maintain their freshness. This is followed by winemaking in stainless steel and bottling at the beginning of the year.

Tasting notes: 

It appears to the eye with a straw-yellow color, with good brightness. The olfactory intensity is expressed on notes of tropical fruit and citrus. The elegance of the taste translates into a fine and precise fresh-savory perception.
