Tasting notes: 

Pale straw yellow sparkling wine with green reflections. Impeccably clear, enriched by a minute of incessant perlage. The aroma opens with a delicate hint of bread crust, followed by fruity notes of apple, pear, and peach. Floral notes are present with a delicate hint of rose and acacia flower. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a well-present acidic note in the finish. Highly drinkable.
