The Alma Non Dosato is Bellavista's answer to the trend of the last decade, which has seen zero dosage take center stage. These are sparkling wines to which no dosage syrup, and therefore no sugar, is added during disgorgement.

Francesca Moretti, Bellavista's CEO, brought her idea to life with the help of renowned oenologist Mattia Vezzola, who created a cuvée relying on the freshness of Chardonnay and the distinctive elegance of Pinot Noir. The winery's style was faithfully perpetuated with the addition of 9 reserve wines.

It presents a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections in the glass. The persistent and fine perlage opens up to a bouquet of fresh flowers and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is vibrant and fresh, complex and savory, with a magnificent finish for its class and persistence.

To be paired with haute cuisine, it wonderfully accompanies truffle risotto or refined sushi portions.
