The Arnaldo Caprai winery never ceases to amaze, with this Umbria Bianco IGT that defies the passage of time, endowed with great completeness of taste and a well-developed olfactory spectrum, also thanks to a quick passage in barriques. A bottle that encloses a mystery of elegance and personality: truly stimulating.

Tasting notes: 

In the glass, it has a brilliant straw yellow color, with some light golden reflections. The nose is pervaded by notes of grapefruit, anise, lemon zest, citrus, spices, and some light hints of saltiness. On the palate, it is delicate, enveloping, soft, characterized by a fruity flavor. It finishes with a decidedly persistent finish.

Pairings:

Excellent with fish dishes and white meats: absolutely a must-try with an exquisite red shrimp tartare.
