ALTURIS "PINK WINE" - Venezia Giulia IGT

The grapes are harvested and vinified separately. The Sauvignon is softly pressed, and the obtained must is cold-decanted statically. Fermentation and "sur lies" aging take place in vitrified concrete tanks at controlled temperature. The Cabernet Sauvignon, after a cold maceration, is softly pressed. The must then ferments and ages in 500-liter tonneaux. After blending, the wine is bottled and released to the market approximately one and a half years after the harvest.

Tasting notes:

The fresh and fruity bouquet opens with aromas of red berries, raspberries, and cherries; on the palate, it is flavorful and fresh, with excellent drinkability.

Pairings:

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, delicate first courses, fish or white meat main courses, fried dishes, and fish crudités. Serve chilled.
