The Spumante Metodo Classico Trento DOC Rosé Brut from the Altemasi winery is produced in vineyards located in the heart of the Trento DOC. It is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. After fermentation at controlled temperatures, the wine ages for 18 to 24 months on the lees before being bottled.

Tasting notes: 

This sparkling wine is characterized by a pale pink color with slight coppery reflections, and a fine and continuous perlage. The mousse is white and creamy. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, with notes reminiscent of ripe cherry, currant, and red apple. On the palate, it is balanced and pleasantly complex. This is a refined wine that offers a persistent and rich finish.

Pairings: 

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect for accompanying roasted white meats and noble poultry.
