This Molise DOC from Agricolavinica comes from a vineyard of approximately 1.6 hectares planted with Merlot. After pressing, the grapes undergo 20 days of maceration in steel. Ageing always takes place in stainless steel for about 12 months. Before commercialization, the wine rests in the bottle for 3 months. A rich and smooth wine, ideal for a family dinner.

The wine presents a ruby red color. The nose reveals scents of ripe fruit, raspberries, blackberries, and plums. Continuing the tasting, we note how the wine on the palate is decidedly rich, warm, and very enveloping. The finish has good persistence with prominent acidity.

Excellent when paired with meat-based main courses. Abruzzese arrosticini.
