It is a premium bourbon produced by the renowned American distillery located in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. This Barrel Proof bourbon is made from a careful selection of corn, rye, malted barley, selected yeasts, and water filtered from the Kentucky River. The composition of this bourbon includes 75% corn, 13% rye, and the remaining 12% malted barley. Once the grains are cooked in water, yeast is added to create the yeast mash. This is followed by a double distillation in a pot still. At the end of this process, the bourbon is poured into white American oak barrels where it rests according to the master distiller's requirements: for Rare Breed, a blend of 6, 8, and 12-year-old bourbons has been specially created.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis bourbon presents itself with a golden color and burnished reflections.
