Veuve Ambal's Crémant de Bourgogne Grande Cuvée Brut Rosé originates in Burgundy, in east-central France.
It is composed of three different grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Gamay, and a small proportion of Chardonnay. The winemaking process begins with a light pressing and ends with an aging period of 12 to 15 months.
It shows a beautiful intense pink color, enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is a red fruity fan, articulated in notes of raspberry, redcurrant, and wild berries, on a floral background reminiscent of rose. The taste is balanced, with a fine savory vein and a lively freshness, integrated with a barely perceptible tannic sensation. It finishes with an elegant persistence.
Ideal for accompanying grilled meat
