It is made primarily from Aglianico grapes, with Cabernet and Syrah grapes, harvested slightly overripe to enhance their phenolic potential. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 - 27°C, followed by a 15-day maceration process with frequent pump-overs and soft délestages to ensure a gradual and balanced extraction. Subsequently, the wine is placed in French and Hungarian oak barriques for malolactic fermentation, for 10 months before being bottled. This is followed by a further 9-month period of aging in the bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA wine with a ruby red color enriched with violet reflections. The nose presents a fruity and spicy bouquet, with pleasant hints of blueberries, mulberries, and currants, enriched by notes of pepper and licorice. On the palate, it is rich and pleasant, with a good structure and a persistent finish.
