It is produced exclusively with Primitivo grapes, harvested during the first week of September. After crushing, the grapes undergo maceration with soft pump-overs and delestage. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak barriques, where it ages for about 10 months, followed by another 8 months of bottle aging.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eTorcicoda \u003c\/em\u003eis characterized by an intense ruby red color.
