It is made exclusively from Negroamaro grapes, hand-selected, gently destemmed, and softly pressed. The resulting must is placed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10°C for natural decantation. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures, around 16°C, to preserve the primary aromas of the grape variety. The wine is then briefly aged in stainless steel and for 4 months in the bottle before being released for sale.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a wine with a seductive bright pink color, with coral reflections.
