It is made exclusively from Aglianico grapes, harvested slightly overripe to enhance their phenolic potential. After crushing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25-27°C. Maceration lasts 15-18 days, with frequent pump-overs and gentle délestages to ensure gradual and balanced extraction. The wine is then placed in oak barriques, mainly French, for malolactic fermentation, for 15 months. Once bottled, it is aged for another 24 months before being released onto the market.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting notes: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a dark ruby red wine. The nose reveals a complex and prolonged succession of aromas: spicy, menthol, toasted, with notes of ink and nuances of jam, dried plums and cherries in spirits. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a great structure.
