The proximity to such a precious water source proves vital in all stages of whisky preparation. The two Pot Still stills are used differently from the classic Scottish style, where the stills divide the tasks of first and second distillation. Here, they have a completely different characteristic, an ascending shape that prevents impurities and heavy oils from passing into condensation, resulting in cleaner, more floral, and delicate spirits.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA true Bourbon-style whisky (meaning with a corn percentage of no less than 51%) combined with the fine malts created by the Kyoto Miyako Distillery. The result is aged in virgin American Oak Barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis type of barrel gives the spirit notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple, ripe banana, and coconut.
