The Campodarchi vineyard, with an average age of 45 years, is the oldest in the company and is able to offer the best Bianchello production. This wine is produced only with the best grapes that have reached the right degree of ripeness; in fact, the harvest is carried out late, in October, when the grapes are riper. The bunches are carefully selected and strictly hand-picked into small crates.

A small part of the product is vinified in new French oak barriques, on fine lees (sur lie) for 12/18 months, a technique used to give the wine more aromas and flavor intensity.

Pale yellow in color. Intense and complex on the nose, with notes of yellow and exotic fruit, apple, plum, grapefruit; floral notes of broom, mimosa; slightly spicy, with a hint of vanilla. In the mouth, it is well-balanced between hard and soft components, between freshness and savoriness, and softness and warmth.

Serve with rich appetizers and main courses, with fattiness, sweet tendencies, slightly spicy, succulent, slightly oily. Also good with white meat main courses.
Try it with paccheri pasta with mushrooms and sausage.
