Winemaking: soft whole-cluster pressing, cold static decantation of musts. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel.

Visually, it is crystalline, pale straw yellow. On the nose, citrus notes of orange and grapefruit, white acacia flowers, and orange blossom. On the palate, a lively, fresh entry with a savory, pleasant finish. In line with the typical pleasantness of the Bianchello del Metauro DOC.

Excellent as an aperitif, with delicate, unstructured preparations, appetizers, and first courses, with a slight fattiness and sweet tendency.
